Daddy's Helicopter

Today was Kaylee's first day back at school after a rather too long, two week Christmas hiatus.

"Mommy, today was share day and Arsha said his dad got a race car for Christmas." Kaylee told me on the drive home.

"Oh wow. That seems like an extravagant Christmas gift." I responded.

"Umm ya.." she followed, unsure of the meaning of extravagant, "and I told everyone my Daddy got a brand new helicopter for Christmas!!!"

"You did?! Did you mention that it is really a toy helicopter?" I replied.

"No."

I should have known that was coming.
